  "The tech will show up between 12 and 4." I get a phone call at 2:35 the day he's supposed to be here. "He's not coming, he had an emergency."
  
  I have never encountered so many emergencies in the construction/tech service field in my lifetime since moving to Montreal. It must be a constant state of emergency here.
