  If there was an option to leave 0 stars as a review, I would have! The manager annie or something is very rude and shouldn’t work in retail if she doesn’t like working with customers. I just wanted to exchange a pillow and her response was no with no explanation and walked away like I didn’t exist. This is the first and last name shopping there. You guys should rethink your business model.

  Good products! My issue with Linen Chest is that when sales are on, they are not consistent with advertising.
  Furthermore when items are wrongly priced, they think that they are not obliged to respect the law regarding compensation etc. You must stand your ground and insist... I did, and I got the article at the advertised sale price and the 10$ extra off.... however it was not easy!
